juanph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that it reasonably suspects of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these terms. All account information is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these terms. You must keep your contact details up to date at all times, as juanph may use them to communicate important account-related information, verification requests, or changes to platform terms. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in restrictions on your ability to deposit, withdraw, or place bets on the platform.

juanph supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine pesos (₱) through approved local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and participating Philippine bank transfers. All funds deposited into your account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name — deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. juanph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any wager, and juanph accepts no liability for bets placed based on a misunderstanding of the applicable rules. juanph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure, and in such cases the staked amount will be returned to your account balance. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding on both parties once the relevant event has commenced, except in cases where the event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise void under the applicable rules.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, abuse promotional structures, engage in arbitrage betting in a manner that is deemed abusive, or use automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings. juanph maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards match-fixing, collusion, or any form of betting fraud, and reserves the right to share information with relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement where such activity is suspected. All users are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair sporting competition. Disputes regarding settled bets must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the settlement date, after which no further review will be entertained.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of juanph to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and juanph with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications or agreements on the same subject.
